The details of the Register (for £2) and the Title plan (also £2) are available. You need to know the postcode to use this search and have a debit or credit card to get the details online, but if you are looking at a new area or expanding your business in an area in which you have a property, this tool will provide valuable information which will help in your research and property negotiations.
